House Rules

Australia’s biggest renovation show ‘House Rules’ is back and I can’t wait for the new series of House Rules to start. I don’t know about you but I kinda watched the first series, on and off, enough to know what it was about but not regularly enough to really get in to it.

Series Two , however, had me hooked from the start.

Check out the new teams on house rules 2015.

The winners of Series Two in 2014, Adam and Lisa, were my favourites closely followed by Carol and Russell the eventual runners up from WA. You couldn’t wipe the smile off Adams face the whole series and every time he laughed, I did too! His partner Lisa was so elegant and grew in confidence before our very eyes each week.

I just wonder what characters they have in store for us this series.

The preview video  has Ryan from SA flexing his “guns” and host Johanna Griggs standing in front of a home I would love to call mine.

The best part for me each week were the whole house reveals. I can’t wait to see them again this year. If you don’t know the drill then one couple from each state gets their whole home renovated according to the 5 House Rules. They don’t participate in the renovation but leave it up to their fellow contestants. At the end of the series after getting points for each room they renovate (by judges and the home owners) the winners get their mortgage paid off. I think it is awesome that even the contestants that don’t win walk away with a beautifully renovated home.

Each week I plan to do a wrap up of the show and feature the highlights.

Lets watch together. Til next week

So what would your 5 House Rules be?   I’d love to hear from you.
